Frequently asked questions

Why are my table columns cut off onto the next page?

The PDF follows the workbook's print settings. If a sheet is wider than the paper, set the scaling to fit one page wide or switch to landscape in Excel, save, and convert again.

Are formulas recalculated during conversion?

No. The PDF shows the last values saved in the file. Open and save the workbook in Excel first if the numbers need refreshing.

What about very large worksheets?

Sheets with millions of cells may be rejected before conversion, because printing them would produce thousands of pages. Set a print area around the part you actually want to share.
